Shipping policy

Shipping Address: Please double and triple check your address at checkout. The books ship VERY quickly after orders are placed, so if the shipping address auto-populates or is entered incorrectly, it is not possible for us to fix it on the back end before the cookbook ships. When that happens, we can issue you a refund (minus shipping) once the cookbook is returned to the warehouse, and you can place a new order with the correct shipping address.

International Shipping: When merchandise is ordered from another country, it is required for the customer to pay customs to bring the item into the country (this is your country's sales tax). It is illegal in the United States to declare these packages as gifts. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses. The cookbooks are currently only being shipped to the United States and Canada. If you would like a custom shipping quote outside of the US/Canada, please email shop@melskitchencafe.com. Be aware that international shipping costs to Canada and elsewhere are excessively high (as a small business, there isn't a good way around this, but I am working with my warehouse/fulfillment center to get the best rates possible).
